Description of the Assignment: National Consultant: Impact Assessment of the Cook Fund Programme for Accelerated Market Roll-out of Clean Cooking Solutions in Tanzania

The United Nations Capital Development Fund {UNCDF} is seeking a qualified national consultant to support to assess the extent to which the Cook Fund Programme has contributed to increased access to and sustainable use of clean cooking technologies including improvements in clean cooking adoption, sustainable wood fuel production, and public awareness in Tanzania.

Period of assignment/services:

The consultancy is expected to be completed within 60 working days of the date of contract signing.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
