Introduction

UNDP is seeking a qualified national candidate to undertake the role of technical expert to support iLandscape project operation and support the collaboration between UNDP and VNFOREST (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) on works related to the forest and land use sector.

Main objective of the assignment: To provide technical support to the operation of iLandscape project and collaboration between UNDP and Department of VNFOREST on works related to the forest and land use sector. Expected results are:

● High quality technical terms of references and technical reports for activities of the project.

● High technical inputs, comments and quality assurance for key technical deliverables of the project from responsible partners and consultants.

● High technical support for the project coordination and arrangements for project activities.

● High technical input for the project monthly, quarterly and annual workplans, reports and meetings.

● High inputs for the project M&E and updates of project log-frame indicators (result frameworks).

● Technical support for the acceptance of project deliverables of project owner.

● High technical input for project meetings and workshops.

Period of assignment/services: Up to 210 working days in 11 months from June 2026 to May 2027 (extendable based on performance)

Duty station: Ha Noi and travel to Lam Dong province
