Job Overview:
The Manager, Finance Shared Services, oversees the delivery of centralized finance operational support to IRC local offices through the Finance Shared Services model. This position supervises Shared Services finance staff and is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent completion of assigned finance operational tasks, including accounts payable processing, donor invoicing support, reconciliations, budget uploads, and other routine financial activities. The role works closely with HQ Finance and local office leadership to support efficient and standardized finance operations across offices.
The Manager serves as the primary coordination point for finance operational requests from local offices. This position is responsible for receiving, prioritizing, and assigning requests to Financial Analysts, Finance Shared Services, ensuring workloads are appropriately distributed and completed in accordance with IRC financial policies and timelines. The Manager also monitors task completion, provides technical guidance to staff, and supports continuous improvement of shared services processes to ensure high-quality financial support to field offices.

Compensation: (Pay Range: $73,000 - $87,000) Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
