Under the overall supervision of the ICMPD Project Manager, the Ukrainian Unity Hub (UH) Coordinator supports the technical and administrative functions of the UH in Stockholm, Sweden, ensuring its effective and efficient operation and the provision of services to beneficiaries in accordance with ICMPD rules and procedures.

Currently more than 4 million Ukrainian displaced persons received temporary protection in the European Union. To cover the needs of the displaced persons related to their legal status in EU, integration in local communities, as well as to prepare for potential return and reintegration, ICMPD, in cooperation with its Member States, established several Ukrainian Community and Consultation Centres (UCCC) and Unity Hubs in EU MS. The position of the Unity Hub Coordinator is being established to supports the management of the Unity Hub in Stockholm, ensuring effective communication, information and service delivery. The Coordinator contributes to the organisation of events and activities organised by Unity Hub, working collaboratively with the Unity Hub's counsellors, administrative support staff, project teams, relevant local counterparts and the relevant Units at Headquarters (HQ), ensuring the effective and timely delivery of activities and services.

​For this post knowledge of English and Ukrainian languages is required, knowledge of Swedish language is an asset. In addition, experience of working with Ukrainian displaced people and knowledge on Ukrainian diaspora engagement practices and methods is an asset. ​
