Under the overall supervision of the ICMPD Project Manager and the Unity Hub's (UH) Coordinator, the Counsellor supports the technical and administrative functions of the Unity Hub in Stockholm, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Unity Hub, in accordance with ICMPD rules and procedures.

Currently more than 4 million Ukrainian displaced persons received temporary protection in the European Union. To cover the needs of the displaced persons related to their legal status in EU, integration in local communities, as well as to prepare for potential return and reintegration, ICMPD, in cooperation with its Member States, established several Ukrainian Community and Consultation Centres (UCCC) and Unity Hubs in EU MS. The Unity Hub's in Stockholm Counsellor supports the implementation of the Unity Hub project, ensuring effective communication, information and service delivery. The incumbent contributes to the organisation of events and activities organised by the Unity Hub. The Counsellor works collaboratively with the Unity Hub Coordinator and other counsellors, administrative support staff, project teams, relevant local counterparts and the relevant Units at Headquarters (HQ), ensuring the effective and timely delivery of activities and services.
