Job Opportunity: Hub Supply Chain & Admin Officer
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Hub Supply Chain & Admin Officer to join our Program Operations - Visayas team in Tacloban City. This role is essential in ensuring that our programs across the Visayas are supported with timely, compliant, and efficient logistics and procurement services.

The Role
The Hub Supply Chain & Admin Officer plays a critical part in ensuring that all procurement and logistics transactions are carried out responsibly, transparently, and in line with organizational policies. You will support field teams by managing vendor sourcing, procurement documentation, inventory processes, and systems monitoring — all contributing to stronger program outcomes and timely delivery of commitments to partners and communities.
This position is based at the Visayas Support Center (VSC) in Tacloban City and collaborates closely with program teams, finance, suppliers, and various internal stakeholders.
