At least one corruption risk mitigation planning workshop held in South Sudan. At least one conflict and gender-sensitive corruption risk mitigation plan endorsed and implementation initiated in a public sector institution. South Sudanese stakeholders supported to participate in one CRM study tour and/or regional meeting. Relevant reports drafted.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Consultant will: Prepare, co-facilitate and follow-up on corruption risk assessment and risk mitigation workshops in at least one pilot public institution and facilitate the endorsement of the corruption risk mitigation plan, ensuring that it is conflict and gender sensitive. Facilitate ongoing buy-in and support for the CRM process among South Sudanese stakeholders, including through learning from South-South cooperation events. Support the implementation of a corruption risk mitigation plan in at least one public sector institution
Qualifications/special skills
An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in criminology, law, political sciences, sociology, or a related field is required. A first level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of criminal justice, governance and/or anti-corruption in South Sudan Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent command of written and spoken English Experience in planning and producing interactive events for high-level counterparts Previous work experience with the UN or other International Organizations is desirable.
Languages
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. Fluency in English, i.e. oral and written proficiency, is required. Knowledge of another United Nations official language is an advantage.
