    Invitation to Submit an Offer as a National Individual Consultant to conduct Equity, Human Rights and Gender (EHRG)

    Assessment for HIV, TB and Malaria in Sudan

    The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Country Office Sudan is currently implementing a Global Fund HIV and TB grant that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in this document and in the attached TORs.

    The National consultant will work under supervision and report directly to the Key Population Specialist and under the overall supervision of HIV/TB Programme Specialist- Unit Head within the UNDP- PMU and work closely with the relevant national disease's programmes (SNAP, NTP and NMCP).

    The consultant should be based in Khartoum Sudan, with possibility of frequent travel within Sudan based on operational needs and prevailing security conditions.

    Period of assignment/services is expected to span 45 working days and is anticipated to take place from March to May 2026, subject to the contract signature and potential revision in the implementation schedule.

    Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

    Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
