Description
• Select appropriate methods (interviews, contextual inquiry/field studies, diary studies, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, etc.) based on research questions and constraints. AI-powered solution research • Translate insights into actionable design recommendations, hypotheses for MVPs, and measurable success criteria. • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and existing design system, advocate for platform reuse and pattern consistency. • Present findings to stakeholders; facilitate alignment workshops; support governance reviews with user evidence. • Participant recruitment plan and consent/ethics materials; diverse participant panel. • Insight artifacts: persona/archetypes, journey maps, service blueprints, prioritized opportunities. • Usability analysis/test reports with severity ratings, and remediation recommendations. • Decision dashboards: user-centered KPIs and telemetry-backed insights. • Post-release evaluation reports and recommendations for iteration.
Selection Criteria
• Degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Information/Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus. • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods and research operations, plus experience applying AI-assisted analysis to accelerate insight generation. • Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered products and human–AI interaction research; experience designing leveraging Vibe prototyping tools such as Lovable and Replit. • Working knowledge of responsible AI principles, human-in-the-loop design, privacy/security considerations, and risk mitigations (e.g., guardrails, explanations, confidence cues). • Strong storytelling and stakeholder influence skills; ability to communicate AI concepts and evidence-based recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
