Description
• Define and maintain the technical vision for OutSystems ecosystems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet organizational goals and user experience standards. • Evaluate emerging technologies and platform capabilities to continuously improve solution architecture. • Structure the architecture so that modules remain independent, with dependencies clearly defined in a layered format. • Establish, maintain and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, integration patterns, and coding guidelines for the platform. • Ensures proper integration strategies for OutSystems applications with other components like APIs, event-driven architecture, and data sources. • Leads technical design sessions to translate high-level business capabilities and processes into standardized, composable, and reusable OutSystems components and accelerators. • Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, Azure AD, data lakes), ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and data governance requirements. • Drive observability and reliability (logging, monitoring, tracing, SLOs) and ensure robust automated testing across OutSystems and integrated components. • Contributes to and fosters a strong product and engineering culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Partners with Product Managers and Developers to prioritize technical enablers, manage technical debt, and evolve the target architecture and roadmap. • Align team backlogs with ART Program Backlog and PI objectives; actively contribute to PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Daily Stand-ups. • Guide product and solution direction by leveraging usage analytics, platform telemetry, and business KPIs. • Make informed decisions on platform trade-offs, scalability, and integration strategies in collaboration with solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders. • Quickly learn new technical and domain knowledge to adjust product strategies and effectively address changing stakeholder needs. • Governance and compliance frameworks specific to LCNC • Training curricula and materials for ITSFD teams and stakeholders • Risk assessments and mitigation plans • LCNC solution documentation and user guides. • Active participation in SAFe ceremonies.
Selection Criteria
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in enterprise Low code / No code application architecture • Experience working directly with developers and Product Owners to shape technical solutions. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. • Strong grounding in integration architectures (REST/GraphQL APIs, messaging/queues, event-driven patterns), identity and access management, and data modeling. • Proven track record implementing secure-by-design solutions aligned with enterprise standards (OWASP, NIST, Zero Trust), including secrets management and API security.
