- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) standards and policies.
- Experience in commercial or deployed operations and knowledge of logistics procedures.
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-functional team.
- Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of SAP.
- Willingness to be trained and ability to learn on-going processes and methods developed by the Programme Office and the Agency.
- Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
- Good communication skills and a sense of diplomacy when dealing with persons inside and outside the Agency at all levels and of different nationalities.
- Interest in maintaining personal proficiency and skills and keeping current on technological advances.
- Ability to formulate recommendations and suggestions within the functional area.
- NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable.

POST DETAILS - Basic monthly salary: EUR 6 306.65, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.
