Job Summary:
You will coordinate and support the implementation of the Country Program HR strategy and operational plans, ensuring efficient and high-quality HR and operational services. Your role includes managing employee administration, recruitment, staff development, performance management, onboarding, travel coordination, and related operational support. You will ensure compliance with agency policies, donor requirements, and local legal regulations while supporting managers and staff to effectively achieve program goals.

General Requirements
CRS offers are contingent on the selected candidate’s ability to legally work where the position is to be performed. Every government has a unique set of work permit eligibility requirements.
