Directorate for Communications (COM)
Under the guidance of the Secretary-General, the core mission of the Directorate for Communications (COM) is to maximise the reach and impact of the OECD and its work through clear, cutting-edge and evidence-based communications. The Directorate works in accordance with the OECD Communications Strategy and pursuant to the annual communication plans for which it is responsible, steering organisational efforts on strategic priorities and supporting policy directorates in their communications to specialised audiences. COM holds as a core value an agile, collaborative and supportive culture, one that is marked by positive interaction and accountability among professionals.
Within the Communications Directorate, the mission of the Digital Communications, Web and Publications division is to develop and deliver the OECD’s digital communications and publication products, ensuring a coherent and impactful online presence across all corporate channels. It combines creative, technical, and strategic expertise to support the Organisation’s communications objectives.
Specifically, the division works with communicators across the Organisation (ONE communications function) in five main areas of work:
The Directorate for Communications is looking for a Web & Graphic Designer who will work in the Digital Visual Communications unit of the Digital Communications, Web & Publications division and be responsible for designing and producing visual products or services to support the Organisation’s brand and digital communications. S/he will work under the supervision of the Head of the Digital Visual Communications unit
