Background
The purpose of this position is to ensure effective implementation of ICLA and Protection activities in alignment with approved proposals and NRC policies. It serves as a focal point for needs assessments, beneficiary selection, and project management to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include supporting beneficiaries, conducting outreach and awareness sessions, enhancing local authority capacity, and advocating for beneficiaries' needs. The role also involves monitoring policies affecting internally displaced persons (IDPs), documenting findings, and representing NRC in relevant clusters to promote the rights and wellbeing of affected communities.
