Intern - Office of the Secretary General (OSG)

Tentative starting date(s): April 2024 (9 months)

The intern will assist the Central Log & the BoD and BoG Communications with:

• digitization activities;
• placement of e-memos in the internal Electronic Corporate Management System; grant access rights;
• update Excel databases, logs, lists, etc.;
• review of meeting folders, crosschecking of hard copies against electronic files, creation of folder indices;
• filing of audio material.

Applicants should:

• be students/have a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Legal, and or International studies;
• have an excellent command of the English language;
• have good MS Office skills.
