Description

Sub-Saharan African nationals, Caribbean nationals, and women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. • Build and manage gold/immutable images using tools like Image Builder (osbuild-composer). • Ensure system performance, availability, and reliability. • Automate OS configuration using TOML blueprints, shell scripting, Ansible, or Chef. • Integrate infrastructure workflows with ServiceNow, Rundeck, or similar tools. • Implement and enforce CIS hardening standards within gold images. • Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and audit frameworks. • Authentication (SSSD, Kerberos, IDM/IPA) • Falcon Sensor • Support SailPoint/IDM-driven access models and compliance audits. • Support incident response and root cause analysis. • Security fixes
Selection Criteria
• Linux system administration — Strong hands-on experience managing RHEL environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning. • Networking and security — Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewall management (iptables/firewalld) and SSH hardening. • Automation and scripting — Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting; familiarity with configuration management tools such as Chef. • High availability and clustering — Experience with Linux clustering solutions and load balancing for production workloads.
