What You'll DoThe major purpose of the position is to provide assistance to support operations, this includes assisting with communications, correspondence, scheduling and general administrative matters, filing, and archiving. This position will also backstop, as needed, administrative support services and perform certain department-wide clerical functions, maintain the cleanliness of the office facilities and prepare refreshments for office guests. Essential Duties: Provide assistance on administrative tasksPerform clerical tasks as necessaryAssist in successful bank and government offices transactionsAssist in preparation of reports which include punching and Photocopying documents.Request for stationery replenishment as and when neededReceive goods into storeroom and keep accurate and constantly updated records of items in the storeroomEnsure maintenance is performed on the fax machine, shared printers and Deliver/Pick-up documents/materials for the Provide daily office cleaning and maintenance of the office Ensure that the working desks and seats for all staff are clean and well maintainedPrepare coffee and maintain cleanliness in the Track and ensure constant availability of kitchen and office supplies such as detergents, beverages, water Ensure garbage is emptied and garbage bins are kept Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Operations and Compliance Manager or other staff What You'll NeedHigh School Diploma, with at least 6 months’ work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Skills & AbilitiesShould have professional Good communication and interpersonal Ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work well with othersResponsibilities
