Description of the Assignment: National Consultant to support the Directorate for Macroeconomic and Fiscal Analyses and Projections of the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro in development of a Communication Strategy for promoting evidence-based policymaking, policy impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable public finances in the context of EU integration

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 20 May 2026 - 1 September 2026 (45 consultancy days)
