Switchboard provides training, technical assistance, and knowledge resources to build the capacity of organizations serving refugees and other ORR-eligible populations nationwide. Switchboard is seeking a limited-term Mapping and Referral Coordinator to play a key role in advancing Switchboard’s community-facing technical assistance and capacity-building portfolio from April – September 2026. The Mapping and Referral Coordinators will support identifying, organizing, and connecting community partners to critical resources and services for ORR-eligible populations. This role is responsible for expanding on existing state-level resource mapping by researching, verifying, and documenting programs offered by ORR-funded initiatives, government agencies, local nonprofits, and community organizations across the U.S. The coordinator will strengthen Switchboard’s referral system by establishing referral pathways to mapped community resources, and initiating referrals based on location, eligibility, and need. The Referral & Mapping Coordinator will report to the Senior Program Officer for State and Community Capacity Building (SCCB) and will work closely with the SCCB team and other Switchboard partners.

Compensation: (Pay Range: $25.75-$32.45) Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
