    Introduction

    Invitation to Submit an Offer for an International specialist in policy formulation for financial sector to develop recommendations on derisking solutions and regulatory incentives to promote green lending


    The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a project "Capacity Building of National Financial Institutions to Access and Utilize Green and Climate Finance" (Project ID: 01004366) that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in this document.

    Country: Kyrgyzstan

    Description of the Assignment: To develop recommendations for regulatory incentives and de-risking solutions for green finance in the Kyrgyz Republic by providing analytical and technical expertise, including assessment of international best practices, analysis of the national context, and development of practical recommendations and business cases to promote green lending.

    Estimated period of assignment/services: 75 effective person days within 10 months
