Under the supervision of the Head of Office in Tunis and in coordination with the Mediterranean region, the Project Manager leads the implementation of a migration governance support project aimed at strengthening institutional capacities in the areas of data-driven migration management and document security.

The project supports national authorities in modernising information systems related to migration, reinforcing inter-institutional cooperation mechanisms, and enhancing operational capacities for document verification and fraud detection. It follows the Migration Capacity Partnership (MCP) approach, promoting sustainable ownership, institutional interoperability and professionalisation of human resources.

The role requires strong experience in managing complex institutional reform processes, overseeing digital transformation components, and coordinating multi-stakeholder environments in the migration field.​

Excellent command of English and French is required. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.​
