Job Summary
You will manage the MEAL component in the Country Program (CP) for its Early Recovery programming in the Philippines, designing and implementing projects advancing Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) work in serving the poor and vulnerable. Your management skills and knowledge will ensure that the CP delivers high-quality programming and continuously works towards improving the impact of its programming.

Required Languages: Filipino and English.
Travel: Manila-based. Must be willing and able to travel up to 60% in project areas.

Key Working Relationship:
Internal: MEAL Officers, MEAL Assistants, Senior Project Officers, Livelihoods Specialists, WASH Specialist, Engineers, PM II - Early Recovery, Operations Project Manager, Finance Manager, Head of Programming, Country Representative.
External: Local Caritas Partners, Caritas Philippines, UN Agencies, Non-Government Organizations, Donor, Academe.

CRS offers are contingent on the selected candidate’s ability to legally work where the position is to be performed. Every government has a unique set of work permit eligibility requirements.
