GGGI has a diverse portfolio of programs in developing countries around the world. These in-country programs, together with global products and services, focus on delivering results through an integrated approach of evidence-based green growth planning and implementation aligned to countries’ development priorities.
The overall objective of this consultancy is to support the Finance Corporate Service (FCS) team in Papua New Guinea (PNG), Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu to prepare financial reports for several donor funding GGGI’s projects in PNG and Solomon Islands ensuring sound financial controlling and alignment of expenditures with approved workplans and compliance with the donor’s grant agreements. The Consultant will coordinate the accurate preparation and timely submission of annual, quarterly and monthly financial reports for several GGGI’s donors in PNG, Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu following GGGI’s and donor reporting guidelines.
The consultant will work remotely and will report directly to the Country Representative for GGGI in PNG, Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu. He/She will coordinate with relevant Project Managers; FCS team at country and HQ level.

The consultancy will deliver the following deliverables.

Each report will include a detailed breakdown of activities carried out, assignments completed during the period, and a detailed work plan for the next three weeks. The report shall include the deliverables completed within the period.
Payments will be made upon satisfactory submission and acceptance of each deliverable by GGGI.

Note: The consultancy fee is inclusive of all professional fees. In case, any travel required will be arranged and covered separately by GGGI, in line with applicable policies.
