| • Education -Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration (MBA with major in Management), Public Administration, or a related discipline from a recognised and reputed university. -Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field may be accepted in lieu of a Master’s degree, provided it is supplemented by at least two (02) additional years of relevant professional experience. -Partly qualified or fully qualified professional certifications related to administration, finance, or management (e.g. CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) will be considered an added advantage. • Training and Experience -Minimum 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in administration, operations, or support services, preferably within international and/or national NGOs, development organizations, or donor-funded projects. -Sound working knowledge of administration, procurement processes, asset and inventory management, and logistical support, in compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements. -Demonstrated practical experience in the use of computerized administrative and financial systems, particularly ERP-based software. -Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; familiarity with database, asset, or inventory management systems will be an advantage. -Experience supporting administrative documentation, reporting, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. • Other competencies -Ability to proactively learn (coachability), observe, and adapt in line with project objectives and evolving communication needs. -Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. -Good time management, task prioritization, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within teams, as and when required. -Demonstrated ability to function as a team player with strong work ethics and a cooperative mindset. -Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in dynamic project environments • Language Skills -Excellent English language skills (oral and written) and Bangla |
