Organizational Context and Scope
Under the direct supervision of the Information Management Officer (CRM) for Resettlement Support Center for the Middle East and North Africa (RSC MENA), and overall supervision of the RSC MENA Project Manager , the incumbent will be responsible for implementing the activities related to information management and systems’ development required by IOM programmes. Specifically, the incumbent is expected to perform the following functions:

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
University degree in computer science with four years of relevant experience, or
School diploma with six years of relevant experience
Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
Experience
Experience working with specialized international agencies (UN Agencies, International Organisations, and International NGOs) and in complex operations, including conflict and post-conflict situations preferred.
Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform ( Power Apps, Power FX, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint Administration or Data Visualization tools are a distinct advantage.
Certification in Dynamics 365 is a distinct advantage
Skills
Knowledge on software development, particularly the use of C# and .Net Framework
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or higher, SQL Reports Server, and experience in using SSMS.
Languages
For this position all applicants, fluency in English is required (oral and written).
Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
