c. Disbursements
- Process disbursement requests, review withdrawal applications, and verify compliance with disbursement conditions and loan covenants.
- Prepare correspondence, update project cost estimates and financing shares, and follow up on required documentation.
- Monitor disbursement projections and actuals, track shortfalls, and identify underlying causes.
d. Database Maintenance
- Maintain complete and accurate records of legal, financing, security, and project documentation.
- Support portfolio tracking systems, ensuring data completeness and accuracy for management reporting.
e. Project Reviews and Completion Reports
- Conduct project assessments, analyze financial and developmental performance, and participate in missions and interviews.
- Prepare extended annual review reports (XARRs) in coordination with PSOD staff or consultants.
f. Administrative and Planning Support
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen coordination across ADB and partner institutions.
- Support preparation of inputs for annual work programs, budgets, mid-year reviews, and special projects.
