DRC is currently looking for a a highly qualified and motivated Humanitarian Mine Action Supervisor (Non-Technical Survey and Explosive Ordnance Risk Education Supervisor) within its Humanitarian Disarmament and Peacebuilding (HDP) Department in Kharkiv city.
About the job
Under the direct supervision of Humanitarian Mine Action Technical Field Manager, Humanitarian Mine Action Supervisor (Non-Technical Survey and Explosive Ordnance Risk Education Supervisor) will be responsible for the effective management, technical supervision, and implementation of non-technical survey (NTS) and explosive ordnance risk education (EORE) activities in a specific region of operation. The role involves significant team management, quality control, coordination, and interaction with communities.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
Implementation of Non-Technical Survey (NTS)
Implementation of activities concerning explosive ordnance risk education (EORE)
Staff management and quality assurance
Coordination and interaction with the community
Reporting and information management
About you
To be successful in this role, we expect you have minimum 3 years of experience working in a humanitarian organization, including at least 1 year in team management.

Contract length: 3 month probation period and 12 months renewable depending on performance and funding.
