The Statistics and Data Directorate (SDD) (www.oecd.org/sdd) provides statistics and data on a comparable basis and from a variety of sources to analysts, policy makers, and members of civil society. SDD also develops new metrics and innovative digital tools to address emerging policy issues, leads the development of international statistical standards, advances statistical methodology, and co-ordinates statistical and data-related activities within the Organisation and with other international agencies.
Within SDD, the Smart Data Practices and Solutions Division (SDPS) is looking for a product manager profile to build smart data solutions for the OECD and the SIS-CC, with a special focus on product excellence including great user experience and high software quality. Digital products in this context are developed primarily as part of the open-source .Stat Suite, a platform aimed at progressively covering the full statistical data lifecycle and supporting various data management use cases in the official statistics context, in line with the SIS-CC strategy. The selected candidate will work in a diverse team with a LEAN/Agile, continuous improvement focus, and an ambition to promote best development practices for a wide range ofusers across the Organisation. The selected candidate will report to the Team Lead of the .Stat Suite Product Management team in the Smart Data Solutions section of SDPS.
