Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Grants, Awards & Partnerships Lead to join our Sudan team.

This is a field-based position with frequent travel to various locations across Sudan.

The role is a 6-month fixed-term international position, starting March 1, 2026.

About the Opportunity

You will lead on end-to-end grants management, ensuring smooth startup, high quality reporting, ongoing compliance, and timely closeout. You will oversee donor submissions aligned with approved logframes, manage amendments or reprogramming needs, drive strong partnership management, and work closely with country and field teams to maintain accurate data and early identification of risks or deviations.

Your Responsibilities

This role includes the following responsibilities.

          • Lead end-to-end grants management from startup through closeout.
          • Ensure timely, high quality donor reporting aligned with approved logframes and indicators.
          • Monitor compliance with award conditions and flag risks or deviations early.
          • Support grant amendments, reprogramming, or extensions if required.
          • Lead on Partnership Management
          • Coordinate with country level support teams and field level staff to ensure data accuracy for donor submissions.

          About You

          You will bring the following experience and skills.

                • Experience managing end to end grants cycles for major humanitarian donors.
                • Strong spoken and written English and French are essential.
                • Strong understanding of donor compliance, reporting standards, logframe based monitoring, and award conditions.
                • Proven ability to produce timely, accurate donor reports and coordinate data collection across dispersed teams.
                • Skilled in identifying compliance risks, managing amendments or reprogramming, and supporting smooth closeout.
                • Demonstrated experience in partnership management, including oversight, coordination, and compliance support.
                • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with country level support teams and field staff.
                • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-moving contexts.
