Description
• Facilitate collaboration between business, technical teams, and external vendors. • Collaborate with team members and clients to manage dependencies and risks. • Define and refine User Stories and Enablers, ensuring clarity and alignment with product objectives. • Manage the product lifecycle using agile, data-driven planning. • Participate in PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Stand-ups. • Support System Demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops. • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, including LCNC application platform, custom developed products. • Oversee product development, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Conduct research to identify use cases and unmet needs, establishing business requirements. • Validate data accuracy and consistency to ensure reliable input for product and business decisions • Use business and technical metrics to prioritize backlog items effectively. • Ability to understand and model system interactions, dependencies, and data flows. • Quickly learn new technical and domain knowledge to adjust product strategies and effectively address changing stakeholder needs. • Document and distribute meeting minutes and weekly status reports. • User stories and Acceptance Criteria for features. • Input to PI Objectives and ART Roadmaps. • LCNC solution documentation and user guides. • Active participation in SAFe ceremonies.
Selection Criteria
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience developing and implementing technical product strategies and managing the full product lifecycle. • Experience working directly with developers and architects to shape technical solutions. • Strong background in translating business goals into actionable product requirements, clear product vision, and strategic roadmaps. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in preparing concise reports, presentations, and user stories. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
