Result of Service
The successful IC is expected to maintain smooth and effective running of the Security Pass ID Tracking Unit. To duly approved requests for ID/Passes in accordance with existing FACS Global ID SOPs. To properly track all ID/Passes issued in the appropraite logbooks and tracking systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
Within limits of delegated authority and under the guidance and supervision of the Officer in Charged [OIC] of Pass ID and Tracking Unit, the incumbent will be responsible to carry out the following duties and responsibilities: • Assist the Supervisor in producing ID cards and passes. • Ensure proper tracking of ID cards/Passes issued and update relevant database. • Maintain and ensure proper filing of associated production documentation. • Accountable to the Supervisor of Pass ID and Tracking Unit for all expendable ID card printing materials. • Report all irregularities observed on ID requests to the Supervisor for immediate attention. • Maintain a professional posture in all dealings regarding issuance of ID cards and passes. • Report for duty in appropriate uniform at the designated time and subsequently closely follow the assigned schedule. • Ensure that issued ID cards are properly entered in logbooks and the ID tracking system. • Maintain highest standard of personal appearance in accordance with Section directives.
Qualifications/special skills
High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least one (1) year experience in UN Security Pass and ID operations is required. One (1) year of progressive experience with a local, national or private police, security, fire brigade organization or previous operational/administrative occupation/employment is desirable.
Languages
Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
