The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is looking for an experienced Dynamics ERP Manager with experience and drive to bring our MS Dynamics ERP into a future where integration of artificial intelligence in our business processes sets new expectations for integration and adaptability of IT – also when it comes to ERP solutions.
Who are we?
DRC is working in hotspots in 30 countries. We are working under tremendous push for making the most of the resources available to us. Successful ideation, development, and benefit realisation from new and existing solutions are key objectives in DRC to ensure we continue to provide efficient security and protection to the people we serve. We balance this with our delivery of seamless collaboration platforms for our colleagues in need of flexibility to perform their tasks and collaborate globally irrespective time and place and an ERP platform in Microsoft Dynamics which must be continuously adapted to user needs and expectations.
DRC’s implementation of MS Dynamics has been live for more than five years in both HQ in Denmark and our country operations. The application management team covers a total of 11 employees in Denmark and Poland responsible for all aspects of lifecycle management – from development, maintenance, support, release management and upgrades. We run four key business processes Finance, Supply Chain, HR & Grants Management with more than 5000 users. We base our operations on Agile principles but always adapt to reality of our organisation. In DRC people always take precedence over process and technology.
