Job Summary
The Regional Marketing Officer (RMO) for EMECA Region delivers high-quality marketing materials that strengthen CRS’s positioning across the region and country programs, and among key donors and stakeholders. Serving as the regional focal point, the RMO supports the design, start-up, implementation and completion of centrally supported marketing efforts, while closely working with other teams regional, country program cross-agency teams to advance CRS’s visibility and donor engagement.
Working under priorities established by regional and country leadership, the RMO coordinates and consults regularly with Regional Leadership, partners with Institutional Funding and G-REM’s integrated communications teams produce timely, compelling content that highlights CRS’s impact, credibility, and value to key stakeholders. The role will contribute to strategic engagement priorities for the agency through the collection, documentation, and dissemination of materials that are used for strategic decision-making. The RMO also strengthens communications capacity across the region—mentoring and guiding staff, contributing to brand alignment, and producing rapid-turnaround content for high-visibility moments. As part of G-REM’s Communications, Content and Strategy team, the RMO’s priorities are established by regional leadership, and will ensure support for consistent, strategic messaging and increased CRS’ visibility and brand recognition. This role will ensure strong representation of the region across Institutional Funding, Leadership Giving, Policy, and Omnichannel initiatives.
