To support the Vanuatu Community-Based Climate Resilience Project (VCCRP) in conducting procurement activities in line with donor and partner standards. This includes navigating government finance and procurement procedures and processes, contributing to project procurement planning, supporting with contract administration including engaging with the Vanuatu Central Tenders Board (CTB), establishing preferred supplier agreements with provincial suppliers across Vanuatu, and logistics coordination.

This consultancy will span 12 months, and the consultant will be responsible for a broad range of deliverables that will arise during that period including but not limited to those listed below. Additional procurement and logistics deliverables will be identified and discussed with the consultant for agreement or negotiation during the consultancy.
