The Resources Management Officer (RMO), reporting to Project Manager (PjM), working closely with other team members and cooperating with Regional RMOs and other internal stakeholders, is responsible for providing technical support to the effective planning, monitoring, and control of resources of a portfolio of projects and other activities within the Cross-Regional Programmes Team, Director's Office, Directorate for Migration Dialogues and Cooperation. The Team facilitates programme management for donor-funded technical cooperation programmes, focusing on priority countries and regions. Providing support to the formulation of project budgets and budget revisions, the RMO supports a cost-effective implementation and systematic monitoring of resources, ensuring the accurate utilisation of financial resources in line with ICMPD's rules and regulations, donor and partner agreements. Proficiency in (verbal/written) English is required.
