Chief Specialist, Security Department, Information Protection Division

Main responsibilities:

• Administration of the bank's information infrastructure security systems: Kaspersky Security Center (KSC), Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway (KSMG), NGFW Checkpoint;
• Exploitation of information security facilities (MFA, PAM, SIEM);
• Development of vulnerability management processes;
• Monitoring security events and investigating incidents;
• Participation in audits of information resources and systems within the department's responsibilities and role;
• Identification and assessment of risks related to the network infrastructure;
• Participation in the development and implementation of the Bank’s regulatory documents and employees’ education within information security area.

Requirements for candidates:

Education:

• Higher education in physics and mathematics, engineering, or IT;
• Advanced training in cybersecurity is desirable.

Work experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in network infrastructure administration;
• Experience working in international organizations and/or international banks and/or development banks and/or commercial banks is desirable.

Knowledge, skills and competencies:

• Expert knowledge of Kaspersky products (KSC, KSMG), NGFW Checkpoint;
• Practical experience administering Windows and Linux OS;
• Knowledge of network technologies (understanding the principles of communication networks, switching and routing, and LAN architecture);
• Knowledge of current Russian legislation and international information security standards;
• Practical experience with Astra Linux, KUMA, Proxmox, Zabbix, vulnerability scanners (nmap, xspider, open-vas, or others), and traffic analysis tools (wireshark, tcpdump) is desirable;
• Skills in developing information security regulations and instructions;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at least at the Intermediate level.
