We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with strong experience in engaging with civil society to prepare reports and coordinate activities for the preparation of the IDB-Suriname Country Strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating stakeholder activities, particularly with civil society organizations, including private sector and academia, and experience preparing high-quality reports that reflect strategic goals. This role requires strong planning, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of Suriname’s political, cultural, and social context.
