Purpose of the Position
The incumbent will contribute to the creation and organization of the workspace for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Valencia Office/IDRC, supporting the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in implementing ADB processes. The intern will assist in coordinating operational requirements, preparing governance materials, and ensuring compliance with established standards under the guidance of senior staff.
Organizational Setting and Reporting
The incumbent(s) are expected to work 5 days per week, 7.5 hours per day under the supervision of a senior member of the Resilience Service Unit (DSSR) and in close collaboration with ADB, and will be provided guidance and support to perform the responsibilities mentioned below.
Duties and deliverables:
Note: Work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Valencia, Spain time, which is generally equivalent to 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Manila time during Spain daylight saving time, and 3:00 PM to 12:00 midnight Manila time when Spain is on standard time, unless otherwise agreed with the supervisor or user unit
