Job Description

This is not your typical back-office compliance role - it’s a hands-on builder opportunity! You’ll turn contracts, audits, reporting, and quality requirements into simple, practical systems that teams can actually use. No two days will be the same: one day you’ll be shaping funder reporting, the next driving a continuous improvement project. If you’re a curious problem-solver who embraces technology and genuinely enjoys making things work better, this is your chance to create real impact behind the scenes.

54 reasons is Australia’s leading child rights organisation – no ordinary not-for-profit.
