JOB OVERVIEW
The P&C Partner, Global Headquarters, will provide strategic partnering regarding all aspects of our People & Culture (P&C) function to an assigned group of executives, their management teams, and staff at all levels in our global headquarter departments who design, govern, and implement global policies, services and support. This role reports to the Sr. Director for RAI (Resettlement, Asylum & Integration), Europe & Global Headquarters, and is a vital member of the cross-discipline, global P&C team. Active participation and leadership are expected to ensure success in collaboration with the P&C Technical Units, the team of P&C Partners, and other functional departments. This role currently supports the following departments, but may change over time: Finance, Office of General Counsel, Ethics & Compliance, and Research & Innovation.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Work Experience: Minimum of 6 - 8 years related HR work experience
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Certificates or Licenses : HR certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR) a plus
Working Environment***:*** New York City/Remote hybrid working, on-site a minimum of 2 days per week.
Compensation: (Pay Range: $105,000-$115,000/yr) Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
