Under the overall supervision of the Program Officer (Protection) in IOM Türkiye and the direct supervision of the Senior Project Associate (Reintegration), and in close coordination with the Project Assistant/Case Worker, the incumbent will be responsible and accountable for providing administrative support in the implementation of reintegration activities within the Protection Unit of IOM Türkiye.
1. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of project activities, including operating beneficiary hotline, case intake and registration using MiMOSA case management system in coordination with Reintegration Case Workers.
2. Retrieve, compile, summarize, and present information/data on specific project topics, maintaining a record of ongoing and closed reintegration cases, in coordination with sending missions and PxD IM Officer.
3. Monitor budget; verify availability of funds; obtain necessary approval and update budget related information.
4. Support administrative coordination of project implementation, involving liaison with diverse organizational units and external parties to initiate requests, obtain necessary clearances, process and follow-up on administrative actions, etc in administering reintegration assistance in WAVE.
5. Draft status reports, identifying shortfalls in delivery and bringing them to the attention of the supervisor.
6. Draft correspondence, reports, briefing notes, graphics, statistical tables, presentations and other forms of documentation.
7. Organize meetings, workshops and training sessions.
8. Respond to general information requests and inquiries; set up and maintain files/records. 9.Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience

For this position, fluency in English and Turkish is required (oral and written).
