The Project Officer(s) will be placed within the Border Management Portfolio of the ICMPD Representation in Türkiye and assigned to the project “Supporting Türkiye’s Efforts to Strengthen Border Management at the Eastern and South-Eastern Land Borders (SAFE)”. The project aims to strengthen Türkiye’s capacity to address irregular migration by enhancing technological, institutional, and operational capacities related to the surveillance of the eastern and south-eastern land borders, while supporting beneficiaries’ adherence to international human rights standards.
The positions are based in the ICMPD Representation in Türkiye in Ankara. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Project Manager, the Project Officers will contribute to the implementation and coordination of project activities. They will support the planning, organisation, and monitoring of project activities and ensure effective coordination and communication with relevant stakeholders, beneficiaries, experts, and partners in line with ICMPD rules and procedures.
Fluency in English (verbal and written) language is required.
