Vacancy: JRF

Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position available at Structural Parasitology Group at ICGEB New Delhi

Working Station: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India

Closing date: Open until a suitable candidate is recruited

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating with clinicians and hospital laboratories at sentinel sites

Receiving blood samples collected by authorized clinical staff and ensuring proper documentation

Verifying labeling, coding, and maintaining accurate sample records

Processing (as required), aliquoting, and temporary storage of samples following biosafety guidelines

Maintaining project documentation and data records

Assisting with laboratory procedures at ICGEB, New Delhi, if required

-11886367 VACANCY NOTICE Advertisement for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in ICGEB, New Delhi Investigator: Amit Sharma Fellowship and Duration: Fellowship as per the norms of funding agencies. Initially, the positions are available for three months and can be further extended based on the performance of the candidates. The selected candidate will be employed by ICGEB and will be posted in Thiruvananthapuram. Educational Qualifications and Job Descriptions: M.Sc. in Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Molecular Biology / Medical Laboratory Technology or related fields. Experience in clinical sample handling, molecular biology, or infectious disease research is desirable.
