CONTEXTE ORGANIZATIONEL:
Le poste de Staff Assistant – Front Office opère au sein du Bureau Pays sous la supervision directe du Country Director. Il implique une gestion centrale des activités du Front Office et une interaction quotidienne avec la direction, les équipes internes et des partenaires externes. Le/la titulaire doit faire preuve d’autonomie, de jugement et d’initiative pour gérer des demandes complexes, résoudre des problèmes quotidiens et coordonner efficacement les priorités.
Le rôle comprend un ensemble de tâches spécialisées en support exécutif, administration, logistique et organisation des missions, tout en garantissant la confidentialité des informations. Le poste peut également inclure la coordination et le coaching de personnel de support junior afin d’assurer un service cohérent et conforme aux standards du Bureau.
OBJECTIF DU POSTE:
Le/la Staff Assistant assure un soutien exécutif, administratif et logistique complet au Country Director et au Front Office. Il/elle veille à la continuité des opérations de la Direction, organise les missions et activités institutionnelles, optimise les processus internes et appuie le personnel dans la prestation de services administratifs.
L’objectif central est de garantir un fonctionnement fluide, professionnel et efficace du Front Office grâce à une coordination proactive, une gestion rigoureuse de l’information et un appui opérationnel de qualité.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE MINIMALES REQUISES:
Education:
Diplôme d’études secondaires. Certificat d’études postsecondaires dans le domaine fonctionnel concerné.
Experience:
Six ans ou plus d’expérience professionnelle à responsabilités croissantes dans le secteur d’activité concerné, incluant une expérience en administration générale.
Connaissance & Compétences:
Langue:
Maîtrise (niveau C) du français et de l’anglais (niveau B).
