The WASH Officer will provide day to day technical guidance and supervision to implement Emergency Shelter construction and rehabilitation activities being implemented in Aweil East County. The WASH Officer is also responsible for implementation of project activities including provide inputs and support for infrastructure’s design and develop schematic drawings and bill of quantities and inspecting and supervising project participants’ works and NRC’s direct implementation. The WASH Officer will assist the Construction Officer in providing technical support in the development of NRC’s WASH and Shelter programming in Northern Bahr el Gazal State. He/she will also work closely with the other Project Officers and assistants in the field to ensure timely delivery of quality Shelter programme, and will assist the Shelter Officer and WASH and Shelter Coordinator in overall planning and design of (future) projects

Water and sanitation infrastructure construction (Boreholes, latrines,)
Break down the annual operational plans into weekly, monthly and quarterly implementation plans
