Description of the Assignment: The objective of this assignment is to develop Armenia’s first National Biodiversity Finance Plan (BFP) under the BIOFIN framework. The BFP Consultant will lead the design and preparation of a comprehensive, evidence-based plan to identify, prioritize, and implement innovative biodiversity finance solutions that bridge the gap between available resources and the financing needed to achieve national biodiversity targets outlined in the updated NBSAP. The assignment aims to support national decision-makers in optimizing resource use, greening sectoral budgets, engaging public and private stakeholders, and ensuring sustainable, measurable, and impactful financing for biodiversity conservation, restoration, and mainstreaming, in alignment with the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
