    Description of the Assignment: International Consultant to conduct Final Evaluation for the Project ‘Gutpela Solwara, Gutpela Bisnis (Good Oceans, Good Business) Joint Programme Implemented by UNDP and UNCDF.


    The purpose of the evaluation is for the evaluator to independently assess the achievement of the Project results against the expected outputs and outcomes outlined in the joint programme results framework and theory of change, Model design and appropriateness, Quality and sustainability of MSME pipeline, Linkages to investment readiness and access to finance and Integration with national financing and conservation mechanisms. The evaluation expert will also examine which factors proved critical in helping or hindering change during the implementation stage. The findings including lessons learnt with realistic recommendations that are targeted, implementable and manageable that directly inform efficient strategies and future programming.

    Period of assignment/services: April to June 2026, 20 days over a period of 3 months.
