POSITION: Associate Director-Programs and Operations,
PROJECT: EpiC Nepal Project
The Associate Director –Programs and Operations will work under the supervision of the EpiC Project Director/Country Representative and will provide oversight and quality assurance for project start-up in expansion areas, as well as field-level implementation and monitoring, reporting, budget management and tracking tasks in close collaboration with technical, finance and operations staff. The position will ensure an efficient and successful subgrant management process and will ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including adherence to budget, scope, and schedule requirements of the project. This position will provide support for liaising and coordination as well as cultivating strong working relationships with government and non-government stakeholders The position will plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. The Associate Director-Program and Operations will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient project implementation and will work closely with management to ensure financial, administrative, contractual, logistical efficiency and compliance. This position will serve as a liaison between staff and the organization’s administrative, technical, and enterprise services to maintain smooth operations between headquarters and field offices.
