Selection Criteria
• Proven leadership in managing large, complex deliverables, with a minimum of 7 years of experience leading large teams of developers (both onsite and offshore) and taking full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions in environments with shifting priorities, multi-layered governance structures, complex IT landscapes, and diverse client bases. • A solid understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles, design patterns including Micro Services, Cloud technologies and tools such as Databricks, Microsoft Data verse, Azure/AWS SAAS/PAAS services, API gateways • Strong Experience with authenticating and authorizing apps using Azure AD, including B2B and B2E scenarios • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI models, including both traditional machine learning and advanced deep learning approaches is a big plus. Proficiency with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and integrating large language models with domain-specific data sources, Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, including the orchestration and deployment of autonomous, goal-driven agents in enterprise environments is a big plus. • Ability to learn new technologies quickly, self-starters and motivated, and able to work with others, and communicate effectively. • Able to use strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to cultivate effective, productive client relationships and partnerships across organizational boundaries. • Recommended certifications include Certified Solutions Architect (Databricks/AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI), SAFe for Architects (ARCH), SAFe DevOps (SDP) • Collaborate Within Teams and Across Boundaries: Collaborates across boundaries, gives own perspective and willingly receives diverse perspectives. Appropriately involves others in decision making and communicates with key stakeholders. Approaches conflicts as common problems to be solved. Actively seeks and considers diverse ideas and approaches displaying a sense of mutuality and respect. Integrates WBG perspective into work. • Create, Apply and Share Knowledge: Applies knowledge across WBG to strengthen solutions for internal and/or external clients. Leverages department’s expertise and body of knowledge across WBG to strengthen internal and/or external client solutions. Seeks to learn from more experienced staff to deepen or strengthen their professional knowledge and helps others to learn. Builds personal and professional networks inside and outside the department unit.
