We are looking for a for an experienced, organized, and dynamic Leadership Development Program Consultant who will contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the products and services that the Leadership and Employee Development Division offers to the IDB Group, mainly in the areas of the Leadership Development, Mentoring and Career Services.
You will work in the Leadership and Employee Development Division (LDV), part of the Human Resources Department’s (HRD). This team formulates and implements programs to maximize the intellectual capital of the organization, obtain the necessary skills mix, and promote talent based on results and performance. The Leadership Development portfolio includes several programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or any related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination/management, data administration, reporting, basic statistics, and analytics tools as well as budget planning. Highly skilled in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint, ezShare, OneDrive, Teams, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors-LMS, Survey Monkey, and Canva. Advanced Level of Excel is required (Expertise in formulas and functions, data visualization and analysis, pivot tables and charts, VLookUp, concatenate, data management and cleaning, among others).
Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish, spoken and written is required.

• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
Local Remote Consultant Full-Time, 24 months (up to 48 months, subject to eligibility) rendered 100% remotely from place of residence of the selected candidate. Services are expected to be provided from a country where the IDB Group has offices.
